Cardio Core

Our campers have been begging us to bring this class back. So It’s Back!!!!

This is our Interval Training and Core class combined into one!

We use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) training is NOT a new training technique. It has been used by renowned coaches and trainers from all over the globe for many, many years and has produced amazing rapid results for people of all ages and fitness levels.

This class is offered at our Chicago location Wednesday nights at 5:30 pm and Monday mornings at 10:30 am.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is Fit Code’s preferred “cardio” training program for fat loss for several reasons:

  • Has been shown to burn up to 9 times more fat than traditional cardio
  • Burns more calories both during and after your workouts
  • Increases your power, speed and endurance
  • Increases your fitness level tremendously
  • Decreases your workout time


Of course while we are doing our HIIT we will be working on sculpting a rock solid core with some great core exercises. So you get a lot of bang for your buck!

In addition the the HIIT training we will add in some specific exercises that will focus on core conditioning and strengthening.
