This class has been requested for a long time and now it is finally here. Kickboxing is one of the best interval training workouts around!
This class will be a non-contact workout that includes using gloves, focus pads, bag work and jump ropes.Although we are not training to be a Mayweather, we will learn good form and technique to prevent injury.Guaranteed – YOU’LL BE HOOKED!

Class times are:

Friday at 5:30 pm and Saturday at 7 am at our Beverly facility and classes last 45 minutes
