    Beverly: M-F 4:15, 5:15, 5:30, 6:15, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 am, 4,5,6,7 pm
    Sat (7, 8 and 9 am) *No 7 pm class on Friday
    Dyer: M-F 4:45, 5:45, 8:30 am and 5 and 6 pm
    Sat (8 am) *No Friday evening sessions
    Midway: M-F 4:15, 5:15, 6:15, 7:30, 9am and 4, 5, 6, 7 pm 
    Sat (8 and 9 am) *No Friday 7pm session
    Mokena: M-F 4:15, 5:15, 6:15, 8, 9am and 5, 6 pm

  • I am out of shape. Can I still do the program?  
    You definitely can!  Our coaching program is designed to "meet you where you are at", with your fitness level. Our certified personal trainers scale the exercises to fit your current abilities. You don't get in shape to train with us. You train with us to get in shape! 
  • How many days a week do I need to attend? 
    We recommend anywhere between 3 and 5 days/week. We want to make sure that what you are doing fits your schedule. So there is no pressure to workout 5-6x/week.
  • Do I have to attend the same session times each day? 
    No, our convenient in app scheduling allows you to schedule the times that best fit your schedule!
