Over the course of 5 weeks, you will be led by professional coaches, provided with expert nutritional guidance, and receive an unlimited amount of motivation and encouragement from your teammates and leaders.

While buttoning up a pair of jeans that are 1 to 2 sizes smaller feels amazing, it is just one of the many benefits of getting in shape. You will feel increased energy, lighter moods, and hopefully fewer trips to your doctor.

- Mandatory weigh in must be completed before Wednesday each week
